The Wiki has the max value of llPushObject as being 2147483647 So why then.. would a llPushObject with the impulse of <2147483647,2147483647,2147483647> and ang_impulse of ZERO_VECTOR BARELY nudge any object or avatar i try it on? i'm kinda puzzled...

Objects using dynamics functions all have a finite supply of "energy" that they can expend. My guess is you're going over this object's limit, and as a result, not much is happening. Usually, slightly lower numbers (in the thousands or tens of thousands) work better. You can find how much energy the object is using with this function: http://secondlife.com/badgeo/wakka.php?wakka=llGetEnergy
