need help with sit animation script

I'm a very newbie script and don't know much of anything and am trying to do the following so all help would be appreciated.

I am trying to have 2 different animations cycle back and forth when someone sits on an chair. Sit pose 1 and sit pose 2. I want these to auto cycle but dont know how to do this.

Can someone help me please?

It is never a good idea to try and fly before you can walk.

My advise: Get yourself a free sit ball with a full perm script in it.
Read the script and find out how it works.
Modify it to suit your needs.

I guess you can find a full perm script at the IBM Code station.
Or you can search this forum and the script libraries for one.

Finally learn from the wiki and the waka about how to start and stop animations.
