Stop typing animation on pose

How do poseballs stop the typing animation from kicking in when the avatar sitting on the poseball starts typing?

On most poseballs I"ve seen, when someone is on the pose and start typing, they do not animate typing. But the objects I"ve created thus far, they all do. What am I missing?

A couple things:

- upload at a priority greater than 2.

- make sure the arms, shoulders and collarbones are adjusted at least some small amount between frames 1 and 2 of your animation.

Um..so you're saying it has to be done when the animation is created, not when executed? I'm using free animations like "sleep" and "recline". There is no way to script so the typing doesn't happen?

You can't set the priority of an animation at runtime. But on the other hand, there's no law requiring only one animation per poseball, so in theory, if you can find (or make) one with high enough priority and affecting only the "typing" joints, you could push both that and the intended animation onto the avatar when they sit. This may not be entirely satisfactory, though, because the avatar is likely to end up with hands frozen in some strange position while the rest of the body moves according to the lower priority anim.

Check SLX for the "TypeKiller" or IM me in world. I also think I posted the code for it here on the forums, but can't remember for sure.
