I'm a bit of a novice at this scripting malarky, I've been trying to figure it out for a few weeks now. I've got so far as to script all sorts of partical generators. I can build almost any shape, ships, spacecraft, planes etc, but I just can't get the script right. I've tried to use free vehicle scripts and applied them to other objects by modding them, but I can not make anything work for large scale objects. Does anyone have any hints or scripts they don't mind sharing?

What happens when you use them on large-scale objects?

Physical vehicle scripts only work with vehicles composes of 32 primitives or less.

Oh, that might explain it. Often the vehicle simply doesn't work or it upturns - but that must be to do with deflection methinks. A primitive is a prim right? Which is a simple object yeah?

Yeah, the basic shapes you start with. And 32 is including any attached avatars so for a 2 seater would be about 30 (I keep my totals to less than 30). Large scale vehicles can only be non-physical and a max of 255 I think.

A physical object may have no more than 31 prims.

A two-seater could have no more than 29...
