Since the upgrade an old object that had a well behaved llAllowInventoryDrop script has been allowing anyone to drop so I tried creating a new object to test the new behaviour and neither TRUE not FALSE allows non mod users to drop. I've seen rumors that there was a last minute fix put in to block a griefer but this is bizzare.
