Hi! Im not a scripter but *insert favorite pun*.

I'll state my goal, problem and then my thought on how to do it:

Goal: Transfer close to 1000 objects/textures/etc to my rarely used alt for inv backup.

Problem: Im the creator on all the objects/textures/etc but the "Next Owner" permissions are not set to full. I need an easy way to set all of them to full permissions on Next Owner so my alt will have full rights. I am wondering if a script could set these because I do not want to set them 1 by 1 at around 10 secs per item!

How: Ok, with the release of 1.7 we can drag multiple items and put them in an object. Lets say I have several hundred objects, like textures for example and I want to give them to my alt. I can drag them from my inventory (all at once) and put them in a cube (takes 2 secs) and then give the cube to my alt. But before I transfer them to my alt I am wondering if there's a way to set all the permissions to full while the items are in an object. Basically a script to go thru the object contents and setting the Next Owner permissions.

This possible? And if this is explained somewhere please slap me because I didnt search or try to find it before posting this.

There is no easy way as LL hasn't given us llSetInventoryPermMask (which they promised ages ago)

oh how i would love to set all perms in an item with one click.

I think we can expect base functionality around version 3. Took two years for multiselect o_O
