I wanna make a prim with a sensor.. that will email a base deck... like a radar

so.. we wil say this.. ill have 5 prims out on a sim. each covering a 90m radius

when the person enters that area.. i want the sensor to relay it back to the base via email

so basicly a radar system.. with a 256/256 radius

That's not hard to do. Just have the base station rezz 5 prims, tell them the base station's key via chat, the 5 prims warpPos into position, run a sensor scan, then email the base station with the keys and positions of the people or objects they detect. The base station receives the five emails and removes the duplicate keys and displays the positions using 16x5 prims at most.
