A function that returns normal and binormal given surface coordinates

If we have

llDetectedTouchST that gives surface coordinates where the object was touched,

and

llDetectedTouchNormal, that give the normal to the surface at the point where it was touched,

then should we be able to have a function that accepts surface coordinates as input and returns the normal at that point? llSC_TO_Normal ?

Same sort of thing for llDetectedTouchUV and perhaps others.

The new touch functions rely on surface information sent back by the viewer, I don't think the sim has enough information to figure out that stuff on its own.
