ok i need help with vendor

ok i got this vendor for free is a hologram,even tho i read the info.still not working.a hiro vendor,so i made my own lol,but instead of rotating the object it rotates the vendor lol..also when i view another item the previous item stays in its place it doesn't disappear,so evertime i view an item the old stays,anyone outthere that can give me a hand,and dont clap

display models/holograms need to be scripted to die when they receive a message from the vender telling them to do so on a next/prev item switch. Also, they should be set to temp to rez to ensure that in case anything goes wrong with that script, they'll still die eventually.

i dont understand the wiki at all.even if i was drunk or subur..i hate vendors.

you might have more luck with the turnkey/standard 3 prim vendor. They use textures, rather than 3d models/holograms, to display product info. Alternatively there are combination venders that do both.

Um. If you hate vendors... why do you want one?

If you dont like vendors, you can always concider the alternatives.

If you still want to make your own vendor, i'd recommend making your first vendor script a standard, 2D image display vendor. Making a rezzing "holographic" vendor is the next step, so covering the basics is a good idea before going big.

1.because i am new in sl.
2.i dont understand it but now that a few good people have giving me tips i understand more.
3. i am designing man clothing,so i would need vendors to get my product notice in a few locations.
