I have a jaccuzi with 12 seats and 3 different poses. How do I: a) Keep people from sitting on any part except the seats b) Allow them to choose their seat while having the seats linked with the rest of the tub? So far I can either have the seats as 12 separate groups or have only 1 seat function properly and the rest gives me a "Can't sit here" dialog . - Jolan

This is a script that's usually called a poseball script. It sets the sit target, then when the avatar sits and permissions are done, the script cancels the avatar's animations and plays the appropriate animation. Then it does the reverse when the avatar stands up.

That's what I have atm but it gives me "cannot sit here" and allows me to sit in the side, which you shouldn't because it's in the floor... Unless you're sitting on the water prim, hmmm... I'll double check that.

Double Post! heheh.. Actually I'm just writting to say that for now, the problem has been dealt with. This is for those who like to skim the forums looking to help those whose problems have yet to be solved . I'm guessing that because the 'poseballs' were 100% transparent that I was clicking right through them, oh well. I ran into another problem with cusions made of spheres but here's my final decision: Cusions rez without the poseball so there's no problem with rotations. When you click on it the first time, it rezzes the poseball and deletes the 'touch_start' script. Then you merely have to rotate the poseball and copy/paste the cusion+ball. 1 extra prim but at least it works . - Jolan
