Can anyone help with this? I have created prims with scripts and they were all working perfectly ok. Today, I log in and try and open a door or use a dance ball or anything at all and it just won't work at all. My friend is able to use only the balls SHE placed on my land, but I am unable to either use hers nor she mine.

This all happened only today and specifically after I downloaded new version of Candidate.

ANY IDEAS???? NEED HELPPPPPPPP!!

My dance floor is not working and nothing else is. :(

Ok I just realized also that I am hearing only a few of the sounds that I placed on the land - not all.

????

Thanks

The viewer won't have much to do with scripts that were already compiled and running, that part happens on the server.

Check the land options on that parcel, see if scripts were turned off, and then see if your objects have the appropriate owner or group to run with whatever settings are there.

everything was working before though. Until about two hours ago. Yes I disable scripts by strangers on the land, but me and those who visit it are able to use existing scripts.

And what about the sounds that I don't hear. I hear some.. but not all. Certain prims had sounds and they are not working. And the scripts that I bought which were dance scripts are ALL now not working except by me who bought them.

Any ideas???

Thanks

You mentioned that you downloaded RC0, try it with the normal client, if the problem clears, post a bug report for RC0.

It might be easier to see this in world, but you seem to be offline at the moment.

Ok, it's all better now, but still confusing.

This is no script land, and the problem objects were not set to group, so they shouldn't have been working. But the scripts *did* run that way, but only while the object owner was present in the sim. They work consistently when set to group. And, apparently, the scripts ran and ignored the no scripts setting before today :/

Viktoria help!! now everything is set to group and everything is working just fine.

However, what WAS working before no longer is. I have two flying parrots and rotating water lilies, both are set to group and they are not working. The parrots are flying in their place while the water lilies are just not rotating. Everything rotating is not working ONLY in the middle of the island. The swan and the waterlilies are working a few feet away, but not in the center of the island. It is the same parcel [not subdivided in those two sections] and they both have the same no-scripts. AND.. they were working fine yesterday.

???

:(
Ideas?

Rotating stuff that won't rotate is a gridwide problem.
