How can you tell if your avatar is standing still?
llGetAgentInfo can tell if it is hovering, flying or walking or whatever - but not just standing. Perhaps standing == not walking & not hovering & not flying... etc.?

if it's an attachment, you could also llGetAccell
*oh ya* hovering/sitting kinda breaks that idea
