llRezAtRoot ... again ... finally ....

This managed to continually get filtered down on the priority list. It is really too bad that it was allowed to stay broken for so long. I am commited to fixing this for 1.7; the next preview build of 1.7 should have this function fixed.

If you or anyone you know relies on the current, really weird behavior of using the last or second to last or second prim as the base for rezing via llRezAtRoot please let me know! Either by replying to this thread or emailing me directly at [email]kelly@lindenlab.com[/email] or IM in world.

A note about the history of this function:
This function worked correctly(!) in SL 1.5.
This function was broken in SL 1.6.
The goal is to restore the functionality in 1.7.
