Siege weapons

Hi there,
A question which might look idiot for somes :
I'm working on a siege weapon and I thought use peoples to use a sit option,
then the wapon won't move butt will be allowed to rotate along two axis.
My "launcher" is a normall weapon script (like the freeby gun script), but my main problem is allow peoples to use it.
Same things, do I need to add a rotation script in my prims in order to make my wepon rotate on an axe ?

It is never a silly question IF you post either the script or a script fragment that you think is the problem. Much easier to debug a script then an idea for one.
