I've found a great working script to give an item (mag vendor) but I'd like to find a way to tell how many people have taken it. If I just left the magazine out for free, I can track it thru my transactions. But I can't tell from the object giver who has taken it. There should be a way, since my welcome mat gives me a list of visitors when I touch it. I just need to find a way to modfiy that script and add it to my object giver scriipt.

Any suggie's? thx!

Just set the item for sale for $L0 instead, then you will have a detailed list on your transactions page of who bought it.

you could also have the giver compile a list of names, and then on a daily(ish) basis, it could send you an email with all the names.

Personally I just use an llInstantMessage call pointed to myself, and each time someone clicks, it sends me a note "gave __________ to ____________"
