Alright I thought I'd give this a shot here, I've asked a few other scripters in Sl but what the hell we'll try agian, before umm 1.4.8 I think I had a ball gag, lovely thing with a script a friend made for me in it that would force the open mouth animation, unfortunatly with the new version it seems they've capped the amount of times an animation or maybe just facial animation can run in a call script so it only ends up playing once or never at all, if anyone has found a way around this give me a ring it would be very helpful
