Stand Up event? run code when avatar stands

I need to push occupants from my car (upward) as they stand... (otherwise they become trapped)

Where to I place code... or what event is triggered when Stand Up is selected?

(note: making vehicle phantom is not an option, sorry)

mmmm wonder how that would work for a vehicle with many seats? They would all need to be unseated separately...

Thoughts on that?
