Hello, is there a way to prevent an object attached without the PERMISSION_ATTACH authorization of the owner? Thanks.

Once the object IS attached, you can get PERMISSION_ATTACH without an explicit dialog appearing for the user. So you can always wait until the object is attached, request the permission, then detach the object.
