Is there a way to change default touch in a script. I'm trying to make something that you sit in then touch buttons and be all one piece, So default sit then change to default touch. That would be great.

As far as I know, you can only change the default click behavior by selecting an object and changing it on the General Tab. In other words, I don't think there is a way to do this by scripted means.

Yes, it's not a prim property that can be accessed by llSetPrimitiveParams as far as I'm aware. It does sound useful though - perhaps start a JIRA issue?

It has not been implemented yet by LL but they are looking for create the function llSetClickAction (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlSetClickAction). THey stated it would be working with 1.19.1, but no dice.

if you use RC 1.20 you can compile llSetClickAction
I have already started to implement this. For example chair. Start a chair with click to sit then switch it to touch once it is sat on. so when a person clicks the chair it brings up a menu. So you can compile in 1.20 and run in 1.19 |
