Ok as far as i can see they are coming. well maybe?
anywho this compiles well it did when i tried it.

I'm fairly certain that will compile, but won't actually do anything. At one point SL played around with allowing objects to cast shadows, but that was removed. The code likely still compiles to avoid breaking scripts that were written while shadow-casting was active.
