I understand that notecards can contain text, but the WiKi also says that they can contain other objects. I would like to use this functionality but I don't know how to go about putting objects into and getting objects out of them from within my scripts. Would I use inventory functions on them or notecard specific functions? I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the WiKi. I would appricate a push in the right direction.

You can give complex notecards but you can't read them via script.

Not sure I entirely understand your objectives, but you can drag and drop objects onto your notecards (textures, landmarks, objects, whatever).
The caveat is that the objects you drop onto a notecard need to have full permissions set (or at least copy, if I remember correctly). So, you can certainly craft a complex notecard w/attachments, and then use a notecard-giver script to distribute the notecard. However, it sounds like you're actually trying to manipulate the contents/attachments within the notecard via a script -- I haven't ever tried to do that, and Strife's response most likely applies.

You also can't modify notecards with script.

Okay, good information to know. I was hoping that I could transmit objects to other objects via notecards. Looks like I'll have to come up with another route.
Thanks!
