Greetings i am looking for a menu script that i can put into a hud so that i may write sentences i use regulary on a notecard and then when the hud is touched will give me a menu to choose which sentence i want to use in chat then displays that sentence in chat ty for any and all help'.

I would recommend products wanted for this, since you want a complete script, and not help with one.

at Huddles Headquarters they have a free Chat Macro what does mostly
what you ask for. Instead of a notecard you have the type the sentence in
the chatbox and the hud stores is somewhere(?).

if it has to come from you, the huddles version will work just fine, if it has to be more than 24 characters it'll have to come up in green... needs a notecard reader, maybe a few storage variables, and a dialog in the touch event.
