I know there is no llTeleportAgent(), but does anyone know of a way to get around this and simulate teleporting an agent from one sim to another? If not is there any way to offer a teleport to an avatar that clicks on an object? I believe the sit teleporter only works within the same sim, but correct me if I'm wrong. Any other ideas are welcome too.

Another method to use is llMapDestination(). It causes the person's world map to appear with the destination already selected. Then they just click "Teleport".
