llRequestAgentData AGENT_ONLINE doesn't trip when agent goes offline

I've got an online indicator (and tried others as well) and have noticed that when I log off, it doesn't update to offline (with the help of a friend). We can see the online status coming back as '1' continully from the dataserver event at the set timer interval. After the friend clicks to send a message, the status will change, it seems to jar it and the data comes back as '0'.

On the other hand, as soon as I log back on, the data comes back as '1' -- that direction seems to be immediate.

Is this expected behavior? Anyone else see this?

Not something I've noticed; I'll check later on, but I have (for instance) a door that checks whether I've logged out and closes if so, and I've never seen it being open when I've logged in.

It would appear that Online/Offine status updating has been.... slighty 'off' for the last couple months.
