Root/Child Prim Identification Script

Hi there I am looking for a script that will set the color of a prim based on if it is the root or a child prim after linking.

So there will be a default color of the prim. and then a color to tell which is root and which are the child prims.


This is for a class where I want to demonstrate linking lol
