When using targeted media streams, is it possible to give everyone on a parcel their own separate media stream?

And when using targeted media streams, it is possible to give someone more than one media stream?

Yes, each agent can get its own media stream.

No, only one media stream per agent. (To make it *appear* to be more than one, it's possible to multiplex multiple videos onto different portions of a video format, then demux it onto prim faces that have different offsets of the parcel media texture.)
