I am trying to put a lockmeister script into my MLP V2.1 so when everytime I change the pose I can link to the cuff holders.
First I was wondering how I would go about doing this, I know I can if I make a prim as a base, but I want it in my poseballs due to the script changing positions.
I have used Lockmeister in the past and had no trouble putting it in a poseball which is connected to something which just has one pose.
If this isn't possible, is there any other scripted poseball menu which I could use for this.
Note: I plan on selling this furniture.

Can't help you with lockmeister but Shan Bright's C.I.S.S. system (open source) does all you want, using lockguard. http://uncensored.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=844458 I will drop you a copy in world. HTH

You're probably better off using MLPV2, which adds a number of features to MLP including up to 4 avatars, the ability to rez a prop per pose, and facial expressions. The next version to come out (MLPV2.2) will include support for partner scripts for things like XCite and chains (Lockmeister or other) -- without having to make any mods to the MLPV2 scripts.
MLPV2.2 will also have the ability to rotate all the poses, or adjust them in X/Y/Z direction and save the results to notecard, which is very handy when moving a pose set to a new furniture item.
If you're interested, join the MLPV2 group in my profile and stay tuned for notices.
