Does anyone know if there is a script out there, or if it is even possible, to have a room that is "sound proofed" for meetings and such so that others are unable to hear if they are withing hearing distance?
the old Cone of silence comes to mind here, lol
thanks for all help on this, we have to figure something out.

Not possible to the best of my knowledge.
Chat in IMs or form a group and chat there.

Put all people's calling cards into one folder and start a conference IM. That's the best way of having a private group conversation.

Or have the room in a skybox and wear a scanner so you know if anyone is nearby (if they're within 20m they can hear you).
