Note cards functions

Hi all,
I'm new on SL forum and I don't find anywhere functions or any mean to manipulate notes cards.
Does anyone could have links about it or function made by himself ?

I'm interesting about the following functions :
- Upload contents of a note card in a variable (string or list)
- Save a variable (string or list) in a note card

Writing notecard is not possible, but there are other techniques for storing variables.

Ok, I don't saw this treads,
it's give a good point of view on storing datas.
