Hi! I'm working on a project to insert an animation 30sec long. The problem is that it's too long and the second life does not accept it. So I have thought to cut the animation in 4 or 5 parts and join them with script.... But I don't know if it's possible to do, because I have never done any script.. What I should do???? THANKS!!

Hi! To me it doesn't sound as if you fancy to make any script yourself. I am not going to give you one, this is not the forum for that. But I can tell you, what you ask can be done

Alexandre: 30 seconds is exactly the maximum duration of a single animation in SL, so before you go splitting it up and chaining the bits together with a script you might investigate what's preventing it from uploading correctly as-is. Perhaps your animation is just one frame too long, or there is some subtle problem in your BVH that results in it being rejected? I routinely upload 30 second animations, but I've also had to trim animations back that should have worked fine but didn't until I reworked them to remove a few frames.

Make the animation 29.9 seconds by changing the framerate and you can likely upload it if that doesn't work, you can catch me in world... I am an animator who learned to script just because I hated asking for problems like this

thanks!! I have reach a 29.9 animation!
But now when I convert from *.fbx to *.bvh and the animation size is 400kb! more than 60kb....
I am looking for filters, trying other formats and looking for other converters( i am using Moition Builder)
I will ask in animation Tips, but if you have any idea...that would be great
Thanks
