I've been working on a new bird.... and I am at the exhaustive point where I have to do the wings. The wings have a control script in the root prim, and every other prim needs the slave script.

The wings are 98 prims... each.

Does anyone have a script that can be placed in the root prim of an object along with Script X, and it will copy Script X into all the object's child prims? :)

Willing to pay L$5k for a Yes. ;D

(It'll be used more than once for various script names, so it would probably have to either be moddale, or use a moddable notecard to get the names of the scripts to copy. :)

I can make this for you, but it will involve inserting a script into each prim (unless the pins of the prims are set and known already. Unfortunately, the only way to copy a script to another object is via llRemoteLoadScriptPin, which needs prior "consent" of the prim the script's peing loaded into.

Hmm, can't you use a sensor to find the prims' keys, and then use that to give the script to all prims and just select it afterwards and do the set to running in selection thing?
