I am just wondering is there away to make prims flexible to a persons eyes? What I mean is there a script auto adjust for the different sized eyes you can use, basically a script that auto fits an eye?

Nope, that would involve scripts having access to an av's shape parameters, and that isn't possible for obvious permissions-related reasons.
