hi =)

ok i have a vehicle with 2 seats. and i would love to create an option that switches the controls between drivers on the fly, while both remain seated. so i say "ok i am lazy now, you drive", press a button, and person 2 drives the vehicle.
the owner/driver sits on the root and the passenger on a poseball

is that possible, and how would you approach it?

thank you :)

All you need are two separate prims, each with its own sit target, and a script in each one to take their rider's controls. As far as how you tell them which should be doing the controlling, that's up to you. I'd probably either have a separate menu script perform that function, among other things, or just make them talk directly to each other.
