Is there any way to make an prim that is attached or worn by an avatar non-phantom?

Stilts should be doable.. just need a custom animation that raises your avatar into the air.

Or maybe create them as a "vehicle", that you sit on rather that attach.

that is probably the best way to go about it from an aesthetic viewpoint, and possibly the easiest if even if you consider yourself a novice with using something like the qavimator.

a vehicle would be a bit more work, getting it to behave like an avatar's movement characteristics, and would probably require more time to tweak the movements to being "just right" than creating your own animation with the free editor.
