A teleporter question

Here is a question regarding a more advanced type of teleporter. Now, I preface this with the fact that I have almost no skill in scripting.

Is it possible to create a menu driven teleporter that bases the locations given to the user on a notecard. Now, I am not refering to a puplic, group, owner idea. I am talking about something like this:

USER named location1|named location 2|ect
Jow Blow Home|Office|Pool
Jane Blow Home|Pool

Where Jane will only ever see locations named Home and Pool, where Joe sees all three. People not on the list will see nothing.

It seems a minor change to the existing teleporters out there, but again, I am definatly not a scripter.

yes its possible to do that. requires a bit of list management and string parsing but is quite feasible and many people have already done similar things though with the options under different topics.
