ZenMondo Wormser is working on our new Koisks for RFL and ran across this bug yesterday. It is a new one...just started acting up after the maintenance done yesterday morning.

The button on PERMISSION_DEBIT dialog triggers run_time_permissions() with a deny action if you click on DETAILS. This can have a big impact on many in SL.
