Non-sitting teleport

It seems there are two ways to do teleport - sit offset and "warppos". Both are based on doing a sit on the object. By setting the default action, one can make it happen on "click" rather than "sit" - and using sit text one can change the pie text.

What other ways are there. I would like to make a port so that when an avatar goes through it, it ends up somewhere else - like from a closet to a lamppost. What are the options - if any. I do not really want the upper corner blue thing come out and ask "Boreal Latte's magic bla wants to foo you", in that case I prefer warppos and a default action.
