Hello everybody,
I have an attachment and want to use it to teleport me home. And no, it is not possible/not wanted for me to use the key combination in this case.
Now I tried to use llTeleportAgentHome, which works good, when I test it at my home land. But it fails, when I'm on other's land.
This is not totally surprising as it is exactly the behaviour from the documentation. But it's a bit stupid, as *my* attachment shall TP *me*.
My question here: Is there a way to get llTeleportAgentHome working the way I intend? Or is there an alternative to achieve my functionality?
best regards Cynthia

You could have it map the location or pop up a landmark...neither way would be instant as you would have to click something else after though

llTeleportAgentHome is one of the offensive functions so that you can cast out other people from your land When you'd like yourself to go home, use "Ctrl+Shift+h" or "Go Home" button on the big map. Otherwise, what about using llMapDestination set your home location and pressing the teleport button?

Yes, thanks to all The script I was writing should make an emergency bail out. The reaction time for pressing shift-crtl-h might already be to long for me. At least it was already in the past The reaction time for opening a map, clicking on TP definitely will be even slower, so that is no solution. But thank you nevertheless. I already thought, there is no work around that best regards Cynthia

If you have some inteligent mouse or something, you can set key-combinations on a button, such as, shift-ctrl-h.

Is there a single default key to send yourself home? Or can one be set up through some SL setting?

From: Max Pitre Is there a single default key to send yourself home? Or can one be set up through some SL setting? The standard SL client does not allow for customizing the hot key combinations, although I believe that the LibSL client can be configured to your whim as far as these hotkeys are concerned.
