If you rely on mail to operate a network, beware. After the 1.13.14 update, my information kiosks network has been broken. Everything here:

Work-around 1) did not work. 2) is not an option (mainland). The only solution is to replace every kiosk one-by-one and relink them to the server! If you are affected, please bug report as we really need some kind of inter-object communication to serve information grid-wide. Yes, HTTP, but it has its own problems.
