Attaching a normal, non-physical object to a vehicle?

Hello! I'm not sure if this can be done, but I was hoping it might be possible to attach a normal non-physical object to a small base vehicle... Both to get around the 31-prim limit, and also because I'd prefer the bulk of the vehicle to be, well, not really a vehicle (I'd like it to be possible to sit anywhere unless you're driving).

I wouldn't have even considered it, but last night I found out that if you sit on an object and edit-move it you move with it, so I thought that if it could be moved in another way it might work the same way ^_^

Thanks for any help you can give!

Well you can have a physics vehicle as a shell and then wear the rest of it.
Or use a nonphys move script. Either way will let you move about past the 31 prim limit.

Wearing it won't really work to well in this case, forgot to say that... How would a nonphysical move script work exactly? I also forgot to mention that I don't know the first thing about scripting ^_~

You can also have a vehicle and a phsycial follower - something that maintains it position around the vehicle, although that's not always 100% smooth.

Check the Scripting Library forum for Jesrad Seraph's non-physical move script. You won't need to know any scripting to just play with it.

Or toss me an IM in game, I have a chair with the scripts allready in it. Two diff versions now XD. Just make the chair the root prim and anything that can link, can fly.
