anyone got a submarine script?

I need a submarine script for a friends sub that isnt scripted yet. anyone know how do do it or has got the script? :confused:

just take a boat script and mod it so it can rise and descend. and do a check that keeps it from rising above the water level.

you'll also want to fatten up the friction. Submarines have never been nimble ships, except in war movies.

if you're really hard up (and don't mind doing actual coding, teehee), arm yourself with a copy of the hoverboard script the lindens provide and the LSL scripting guide, its surprisingly useful for vehicles.

also a word of warning, make sure the the vehicle you are scripting for is linked properly!! you need it so that the last linked piece is facing forward and up. Otherwise the script will make the craft act wacky.

that should get you on your way.
