Hi there,

does scripter out there, know how SlBoutique and SLexchange are able to add Lindens from SL to their webpages and also, send products from their webpages to SL?

Please let me know if you have an inkling!

thanks!

Basically they have a server in world that they communicate with.
When you buy something it sends a mesage containing your id and soemthing that identifies the object you bought. It then gives it to you,

They do it through XMLRPC, HTTPRequest, and fairy dust.

www.apez.biz sells a vendor system that I recently started using. I recall seeing mention on the website that they can help you sell your SL goods from your own website as well.

It's called PHP + MySQL + LSL...communication for both SLBoutique and SLExchange started before llHTTPRequest was available and so it's XML-RPC (which is better anyway).
