AutoZHAO -II, new free automatic AO

AutoZHAO-II - Never Sit Silly Again.

(this is cross-posted from a new product announcement, but since it's a mod to ZHAO-II, I'm putting a edited version here as a heads up for people to grab a copy and incorporate the protocol in your versions, your products, beat me with a wet noodle and find any creepy crawlies I may have missed - enjoy ...)

This version of ZHAO-II has been extended to automatically turn itself off and on when you sit on a piece of furniture or BDSM toy from dd Studios (or anything else for that matter that uses the AutoZHAO protocol) so you never get the 'silly look' again when you sit and your AO kicks in.

A few restrictions -

1. key of AV sitting has to be same as the ZHAO owner (well duh....)
2. source of the AutoZHAO message must be within 2m of the ZHAO
3. AutoZHAO must be turned ON by the user, by default the AutoZHAO is OFF when you first put it on. To enable AutoZHAO, click the menu and then click the AutoZHAO button

- you get an "AutoZHAO enabled' message
- the Green ZHAO-II button will turn orange.

and it's on. When you get on an AutoZHAO enabled piece, you'll see the orange button turn grey (turn off) and then go back to orange when you stand up.

That's all there is to it (smile).

You can pick up extra copies free at the dd Studios Group store or any dd Studios vendor on the grid.

All the AutoZHAO modifications are open source and free to use in any other version of ZHAO-II or any furntiture or toy. If you do use the AutoZHAO functions, feel free to use the AutoZHAO Enhanced logo (packed in the box)

This version of AutoZHAO also includes a 'sponsorship' button on the hud, it is optional and can be removed at any time.

All being said, I can't promise support on the AutoZHAO itself, if you have a problem I will try my best to help you solve it, and if anyone does find a bug and can swat it, or enhance this any further, please contact me ASAP and we'll fold it in to this version.

... I'm still amazed by people that trot on in and flood chat with /ao off and /ao on. (>_<

I immediately ask them if they know about ZHAO and send them a blank one if they don't. Many have been thankful after. (^_^)

Also... Has anyone seen what sprouted up next to Sine Wave island? Bell Curve island has nothing for sale yet. It looks like they're getting into the AO business now and are getting ready to sell walks, flys, hovers, and stuff like that. *looks for more ways to make money in SL* ... (<_< ... (>_> ... (^_^)

This reminds me with ZHAO. I have reviewed the script and fixed the GroundSit function. Also made it so that it can be turned off. Also added up to 10 standing animations and a customizable time delay between stances. If for some reason the notecard is empty on that line it auto forwards to the next animation in line, so there is not times in which you go from one of your awesome custom or bought poses to the newbie "hand-on-hips-with-elbows-pointing-forward" pose.

P.S. I did this a LONG time ago. probably last year. So i forgot if I also made the animations cycle randomly as well.

Heh... thanks. If you haven't picked up a ZHAO-II yet, I would recommend trying it. I've tried to make it be less of a load on the sim than the original, and most people who've tested it confirm that. It's also more flexible, and (I hope) easier to use.

Cryas, wish you'd given me those changes a year ago, I would have happily included them in the 'official' version For now, I've removed the vendor for the old ZHAO in my sim, since I released ZHAO-II. Feel free to go over that script and see what you can fix/improve It includes some of the changes you mention - those were the most popular requests from users.
