I recall reading several weeks ago about a new LSL call or set of calls which allow a script to detect objects in range and determine their owners - the idea being it could be used automate the process of policing the area for objects left behind.
Anyone know if I dreamed this or if it is real? And if real, where is it documented? TIA.

llSensor can scan for objects as well as avatars and return various detected attributes.
See Detected I'm not aware of any of this being new though so perhaps this isn't what you mean? |
