I am trying to figure out if there is any want to script a "Suggestion Box" where others can leave note cards. Its early in the morning so I may not be fully awake but I think I have seen something like that in SL. At the moment I am thinking it is either very simple or cannot be done lol.

You want to look for AllowInventoryDrop and some script that will inspect the inventory on change to see if anything else was dropped in and if, remove it.
