Hi, I was about to try to pull together a build approach whereby common functions are marked in your source script using some <<TAG ...>> approach, then you build the final scripts and they are inserted. I was planning to use ANT (Refer http://ant.apache.org/) probably for the build process. (basically because 2nd life doesn't provide the capabilities it seems). But first has anyone already solved this? Is there an ANT script ready to go to do this? Ideally, as well as taking source and building final scripts, there would be some easy approach to transfer the final/updated scripts back into SL objects. Guess I'm probabaly asking for too much here though. Tks

On big projects i use Scite-ez and pass my code though a C precompiler. http://sdfjkl.org/secondlife/scite/SciTE-ez - Programmers editor with LSL supportThere is rumour of work on an LSL validator, though my sources seem to think that work has stopped.
