A brief script wish list

I have searched the forums and have not found any scripts that do the following:

1. A collision detector that, when I am flying around exploring, automatically turns on "phantom" for all over-tall structures (and usually badly built "malls";). This would reduce my headache count from continually smacking into yet-to-rez blocks that protrude 50m plus above ground level.

2. A script for my plane, such that when I fly over "no access to you mate" land and get booted into an adjacent parcel (usually flat on my face) thus leaving my plane immobilized and stranded over the aforesaid land, will nag the landowner into submission until they return my plane. This would be much better than having to fish it out of their land from over the parcel line whilst silently cursing their weird sense of "privacy". The rider being that if I choose to get out of my plane, that this auto-nag does not get triggered.

3. A script that, when I am overflying various parcels, will autodetect and mute selected radio stations so that I never hear their output (prime candidate: Hits Radio Dot Com).

4. Mutes (only) supposedly "clever" but usually annoying gesture sounds.

Yeah, I know... it's a rant... what's more, none are possible. But damn, it's a good wish list and I feel better for writing it ;)

Might not be the answer you were looking for, but....

instead of a collision detector to phantom...how about just flying phantom all the time? Your plane/vehicle/and avatar...with chat commands to turn phantom on and off as needed.

As far as the "lost plane" on owner private land...just put in a basic PET script that you can activate to have you plane fly back to you...or a target path home.

As for the music thing..well..I guess the only solution is to Mute Audio in prefrences. But when I fly around, im usually not in any one place long enough to enjoy the music anyhow, so I just keep it off until I land.

Anyway...thats my $2L

I like your idea of harassing the land owner.

Avatars are always collidable, even if they're sitting on a phantom object. You'd need to use non-physical movement for this and... well, no one wants to do that, really.

Pathfinder.

I made this because I have the same problem, I hate being trapped in rezzing buildings.
