Is it possible to hold another avatar as a doll deactivate the avatar doll movement using RLV scripting?

For one avatar to hold another would take a vehicle type of object that interacts with the users' AOs or has animations all its own. (^_^)
RLV would not be necessary, but, restricting un-seating may help. (^_^)y _____________________
