I want to make a overlarge prim of a specific size - how do I do it? Or is that like asking for the meaning od life as we know it?

You can't make your own... but there was a bug for a few days earlier this year when you could and loads of people went mad and made loads of all different sizes.
You can find these for free all over the places, but I would recommend looking in XStreet SL, or search for the Salt HUD which will let you search for a huge number of sizes (go to the Builder's Bewery in world).
Don't EVER pay for any... if you do then the person selling them is ripping you off!
