I tried to make a post yesterday but it went for moderation and never appeared.

What I'm doing is creating an object that contains a script and a number of prims. The object, when prompted, moves around and rezzes the prims in the right place and then moves to become part of the build. Nothing amazing, or new in that idea I know, hence why I'm not bigging myself up or posting script, anyone can do that I know!

What I'm doing is moving relatively and it all works great. Until I want to turn the object around. What I want to do is have it so that if the rezzing object is rotated by 90degrees, it will move relative to this. As it is it just goes the same way no matter what the rotation is.

I also want it to be able to swallow up the individual prims as well and create them all over again. I have NO idea how to do this at all. I won't need to put listeners in each item will I? I don't want to do anything that will have an impact on the sim if I can avoid it.

Cheers guys

Since it is relative, just multiply the final position by the rotation of the rezzer.

Eh? When I tell the prim which way to move, I have to tell it in X, Y & Z don't I? Or have I misunderstood vectors? Am I able to tell it to move along a different angle?

And how do I get it to take the objects back again afterwards?

I'm pretty sure this is impossible. It would involve a script creating new assets, something LL don't want to allow due to the strain it would put on the asset server.

Just do like they do with Rez Faux or Builder's Buddy. They rez objects out of thier inventory and then issue a llDie command to delete the objects.
